Managing an HOA can be a complex and sometimes difficult process that can be very time consuming. Most HOAs are managed by volunteer and elected residents of the community. In today's active world between business and family activity it is becoming harder to find the time to manage the additional activities of an HOA. There are committee meetings to schedule and hold, budgets to set, treasury and accounting responsibilities, covenants to update and the list goes on.

Compliance Walkouts- Your Compliance Walkouts can be performed by a qualified inspector from Equity Home Inspection, LLC that has been trained by the American Home Inspection Training Institute. They are trained to identify exterior structural deficiencies that can detract from the quality of the neighborhood. Additionally, aided by a copy of your Covenant, Compliance and Restrictions, (CC&R) additional violations can be captured and added to the Compliance Report complete with photographs.

A uniformed and readily identifiable inspector can  perform a Compliance Walkout monthly, quarterly, bi-annually or annually and compile a Non-Compliance list based on the community HOA Covenant. Once the Compliance Walkout is complete, a list of Non-Compliances will be submitted to the HOA Board electronically for administration.
